Cancellation
We Require 12 hours advance notice for cancellation a service.
We reserve the right to charge for 50% of the scheduled service if not canceled on time.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time to guarantee your full treatment.
Late arrivals will not be provided with an extension but still charged the full amount.
